Whether you’re planning a family visit, a birthday party, or just curious about what we offer, this guide is designed to help you quickly find the information you need. General Questions
What does admission include?
Admission includes the entire soft play area, laser tag, Dancing Grid and Devil’s Eyes.
Is there any age limit to enter?
Children as young as 6 months old to teenagers, and even adults can play!
Do adults need to pay?
The admission ticket includes 1 child + 1 adult. Each additional adult will be charged $18.99 + tax.
How does your membership work?
Our membership annual fees are $68 and $58/under 3 feet tall. Membership activates immediately when you sign up. Members can enjoy free plays on the signup day and also on their birthdays. Members only need to pay $28 or $18/under 3 ft tall for each visit during the whole year!
Can I cancel or transfer membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and can not be canceled. Members are required to take photos when they sign up for memberships. Membership cards will be given and are only designated to the card holder.
Can I freeze my membership temporarily?
Unfortunately we do not allow freezing memberships.
Is there any time limit for open play?
Our open play time is 2 hours.
Can I pay extra if I want to stay over 2 hours?
Yes. Additional hour will be $20.
Is waivers needed for each visit?
Yes! Waivers are only good for same day visits. Parents or guardians need to sign waivers before entering.
Are we allowed to bring food or drinks to the open play?
Participants are allowed to bring food or drinks. However, no food or drinks are allowed inside the entire soft play area.
Laser Tag Questions
Is laser tag including in the admission?
Yes! Laser tag is included in the general admission.
Is there any height limit for laser tag?
Children under 3 feet tall are not allowed to play laser tag.
How long is each game?
Each game is around 6 minutes.
Can we play more than one game?
Participants are allowed to play as many games as they want during the visit. However, they’ll need to line up again outside the arena for their turns.
Are there any safety rules/ instructions?
Players are required to watch a safety video before each game starts.
What happens if I damage the equipment?
Guardian supervision is recommended at all times. The Guardian will be responsible for any damaged equipment.
